Jeremy: Hi. I'm Jeremy, head chef of Garang Grill, where we serve bold, fierce flavours that are truly Singaporean.
How many suppliers do you have and what challenges do you face?
We deal with fifteen to twenty suppliers and we used to have an issue with receiving our deliveries. Prior to Zeemart, when we needed to place an order, we'd need to fill up a lengthy form or draft up long WhatsApp messages. Even after sharing detailed order request information with suppliers, there would still be times where we would receive a wrong order.
What is it like using Zeemart?
I would say that Zeemart really gives me peace of mind as it helps me focus on my other responsibilities. I am able to keep tabs on what's going on in the kitchens, converse with my customers more and keep track of my restaurant spendings.

What is your favourite Zeemart feature?
In the past, whenever we try to look for something new, we would have to call up each supplier and enquire about orders. "Hey do you have this? How much is that? When can you deliver?"
Now with Zeemart, we can search it up and a whole list of the information comes out. I feel that this is extremely helpful as it saves us a lot of time and hassle.
